Kauai is Hawaii's oldest island. Due to this the vegetation on the wet side of Kauai is amazing, hence the name "Garden Island". The dry side though could be the middle of the desert. The two sides of Kauai are completly differnt. It is a small island, but it still offers a lot of geological and geographical areas. As well as its share of culture.
Note: Visit the culture page to find out more about the cultural events we experienced on our trip. Also a thank you to the owner of Classic Vacation Cotteges for being so nice to us during the stay and willing to lend us gear for different activites if we needed them.
